The application is available on the Caddie Academy home page starting December 1, 2024. All applications and supporting documents should be completed and submitted by February 1, 2025.

The WGA Caddie Academy Committee will notify all applicants of a decision by March 15, 2025.
All applicants must currently be in their freshman year of high school and exhibit character and leadership, academic success, financial need and the inability to caddie based on geographic location.
The program runs for seven weeks from mid-June through early August.
The program is free for all participants, and participants keep the money they earn from caddying.
Participants are expected to caddie six days a week, including weekends. Most clubs are closed on Mondays. There will be some Monday outings that the participants will caddie in as well.
Yes. The amount of money each participant makes varies, but you keep all your earnings from the summer.
All invited participants will receive a suggested packing list prior to the start of the program.
The Evans Scholarship is a full tuition and housing college scholarship for high-achieving caddies with limited financial means. Caddie Academy participants who complete three summers in the program are eligible to apply for the Evans Scholarship.
